QBI presents a seminar with Dr. Andy Kilianski, Program Manager at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).
Dr. Kilianski manages, as a non-dilutive investor and operating partner, investments in early stage or developmental technologies that could transform the health of the United States. This includes conceiving, launching, and executing research programs focused on translating biomedical discovery to tools that improve health outcomes for all Americans. His ARPA-H portfolio covers investments in novel protein design tools for biologics discovery and development, in silico models to better represent all Americans in preclinical product development, and novel therapeutic modalities for cancer and autoimmune disease.
Before rejoining the government, Dr. Kilianski was the Senior Director for Emerging Infectious Diseases at IAVI where he managed large, international vaccine and therapeutic development efforts to include discovery science, clinical trial execution, and manufacturing and regulatory affairs. His career spanning government, academia, and private sectors has been focused on analyzing, discovering, investing in, and managing emerging biotechnologies to improve health outcomes in the U.S. and around the world.
