Robert Martin is the Head of Operations at the READY Center.
Robert received his B.A. in Biology from the University of San Diego, where he studied interactions between the amygdala and hippocampus during avoidance learning in the lab of Dr. Curt Spanis. Prior to joining the READY Center, he worked at Curative Inc., as Associate Director of Systems Engineering leading efforts to rapidly scale clinical testing to serve over 35 million patients during the COVID pandemic. He brings diverse experience in operations management and is deeply interested in applying a systems-level approach to solve the complex problems associated with high-throughput gene editing and cell culture at scale.
