Join us in San Francisco for the second Systems Biology for Infectious Diseases Workshop. In this workshop we will cover the application of systems biology approaches to infectious disease research, introducing participants to network biology, multi-omics integration, and computational modeling through case studies of influenza, coronaviruses, and antimicrobial resistance. The core technical focus will be on computational network analysis of host-pathogen interactions, teaching participants to map and analyze molecular interplay between pathogens and hosts to identify critical intervention points. The translational component will demonstrate how these systems-level insights drive practical applications in drug discovery, vaccine development, and biomarker identification, with emphasis on integrating computational findings with clinical and epidemiological data to accelerate real-world impact in combating infectious diseases.
Draft Agenda (The final Agenda will be available before the workshop. Details are subject to change.)
Registration for the 2026 Workshop is now open. Please complete your registration using the link below by April 10, 2026.
Registration will remain open until we hit capacity (50 participants) and will be accepted based on a first come first serve basis. In the past, spots have filled, so please keep in mind to register early.
