Event Overview

QBI will host the 14th Symposium on Structural Proteomics at UCSF—the first time this renowned meeting will take place on the West Coast.

We are looking forward to celebrating this milestone in California by organizing a not-to-be-missed event that will bring together world leaders in structural mass spectrometry (crosslinking, hydrogen-deuterium exchange, covalent labeling, limited proteolysis, native, and top-down), cryo-electron tomography, computational structure prediction, and integrative modeling.

Following the highly successful 2025 symposium in Milan, which united more than 130 participants from academia and industry, the 2026 program promises an exceptional lineup of speakers, cutting-edge discussions, and new opportunities for collaboration.

Confirmed Speakers:

Lan Huang, UC Urvine

James Bruce, University of Washington

Michal Sharon, Weizmann Institute

Corinne Lutomski, University of Oxford

Joanne Lemieux, University of Alberta

Yifan Cheng, UC San Francisco

Andrej Sali, UC San Francisco

Jennifer Geddes-McAlister, University of Guelph
