QBI presents a seminar with Jun Wang, Associate Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at Rutgers University. Dr. Wang received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 under the supervision of Dr. William F. DeGrado. He was an assistant, then associate professor from 2014 to 2021 at the College of Pharmacy, University of Arizona. He joined Rutgers in 2022. His lab focuses on developing antivirals targeting influenza virus, enterovirus, and coronavirus. Dr. Wang's research has been funded by NIH, ABRC, and PhRMA Foundation.
